why in RAR file format photoshop does not recognize so how can i load it onto photoshop? Or maybe put it in an actual photoshop brush file format. Dont understand why people do that since not a single official legal program on mac or pc can open rar files.

7zip do it's job perfectly with .rar & .zip files. If you want, I can put it in .zip format ;)
